Do I pay you anything?
No. Darin is paid by the agent he connects you with. No retainer, no fee, no more for the house.
Are you my real estate agent?
No. We aren't a brokerage and aren't the agent on your deal. We hand-pick the right agent and handle the referral. You work with that agent directly.
What does "call before the call" mean?
It's the one call you make first, before an agent or a listing site. No second number to dial later.
Why not just use a listing site?

Do you only work in Oklahoma?
No. Darin works nationwide. His roots are in Southwest Oklahoma, and the network reaches wherever you're buying.
Do you help military families moving on PCS orders?
