Darin Ray

Darin's worked since he was a kid, a pig farm, construction, groceries on up to management, and finally real estate, which is also how he met Sally. He's an investor himself, so he's seen a deal from every angle: rentals, flips, upgrades, new builds. He'll give it to you straight, he answers his own phone, and after all these years he still loves this.

Sally's a veteran, raised near Fort Sill, a mom of four and grandmother of five, so she knows the rush of moving all over and how stressful it gets with the whole family in tow. Off the clock.

Darin and Sally don't sit still. Between the two of them there's always a road trip, a ballgame, a beach, or a reason to get dressed up and go out. They've raised a big family and seen a good chunk of the country, and they bring that same curiosity to every move they help with. They know what it's like to land somewhere new and want it to feel like home fast.

The other member of the team

And then there's Ace.

No introduction to the Rays is complete without Ace. They got him at a year old, a rescue who'd been abandoned as a pup and then rehomed to one of Darin's former clients, whose yard was too small and schedule too full to give him what he needed. So Ace came home with Darin and Sally, and he's been part of the family ever since. He's about ten now, and wherever they land next, Panama's the plan, he's making the trip too, as long as he's good for the flight.
